Beginning September 6, 2025, the Louisiana Department of Revenue will discontinue the online payment voucher application. For a payment voucher for a business please go to forms for businesses. For a payment voucher for individual income tax, please go to forms for individuals. You will need to search by the tax year for the voucher to use.
